GICLEES & PRINTS:
Giclees & small framed orders will be sent within 5-10 days. Larger frames & specials orders within 1 or 2 weeks. Occasionally demand will deplete stock of a particular product or moulding. In that case, the item will be placed on back-order and we will notify you via e-mail, text or telephone as to shipping date.
MARQUETRY & CUSTOMS ORDERS:
Delay depends on the project. Average delay is 2 to 4 weeks.
Rush orders are often but not always possible. Please contact us for help.
Returns and Exchanges
Our guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: Purchases must be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order. All items must be unused and in good condition.
Credit for returns will be applied to the original credit card used to place the order, and is normally processed within 5 business days from the date the returned merchandise is received.

Please insure your packages and provide a copy of your sales receipt for a return or exchange.
We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
Your personalized message will be enclosed with each gift order.
Easy to use & convenient, Gift Certificates are available for the amount of your choice.
When you buy a certificate, a code key is send to you or the recipient (or both). At check out, the recipient enters the code before the payment.
Any balance remaining after the visit is recorded & can be used on subsequent visits.
You can add a personal note to your gift certificate.

We ship posters & frames all over the USA and most of the world (outside of this world not available yet).
All items are shipped from our company address in West Hills (Los Angeles area).
Most items are shipped FREE SHIPPING for continental US only, FedEx oversize 3 excluded (frames 28"x40" & larger).
Framed art (Continental US orders) is usually shipped FEDEX ground, insured.
Shipping outside continental US:
Overseas orders for canvas are MAILED ROLLED for the corresponding price of STRETCHED CANVAS WITH FREE SHIPPING.

In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box/shipment, however only one flat shipping fee applies to all pieces in the same order. We don't charge additional shipping for back orders for Continental US. Outside the Continental US and large pieces will be handled on a case by case basis.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Outside the Continental US and large pieces will be handled on a case by case basis.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
IMPORTANT: Your country may apply additional duties and taxes on your order. You are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Also, be aware that because of COVID19 backlogs SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DELAYS for Europe have in some cases added up to 30 to 40 days.
